About The Event
Join the Jodi Lee Foundation, Merv Hughes and Lord Ian Botham for an exclusive Charity Brunch featuring an upclose and personal Q&A session with the cricket legends hosted by Sports & Radio Presenter Max Burford, before all the Day/Night Test Match action starts at the Adelaide Oval. On the day you will also hear from bowel cancer survivor Nick Dugmore, winemaker at Stoke Wines, who will share his incredible story.
Guests will be treated to stories and banter from the two cricketing legends, all while enjoying a hot plated breakfast, free flowing tea and coffee and much more.
The Jodi Lee Foundation will be running a Raffle and a Reverse Auction to raise funds to help us continue our fight against bowel cancer.
Meet Our Guest Speakers
The event will be hosted by Sports & Radio Presenter Max Burford, who will also interview our special guests Merv Hughes and Lord Ian Botham. On the day you will also hear from bowel cancer survivor Nick Dugmore, winemaker at Stoke Wines.

Merv Hughes is a former Australian cricketer, known for his right-arm fast bowling, his handlebar moustache and his entertaining personality. Merv currently works as a Commentator, Guest Speaker, Brand Ambassador and host of Merv Hughes Fishing TV show.
Merv has also been the face of the Jodi Lee Foundation 'Talking Sh!t' campaign for the past two years, helping to raise awareness for bowel cancer screening and encouraging everyone to do the test.
As well as being a well-respected cricketer, Lord Ian Botham is passionate about fundraising for charities and he also has his own wine label, Botham Wines.
Max is also a proud Ambassador of the Jodi Lee Foundation. His father, Stuart, has had surgery to remove bowel cancer tumours twice, and Max is passionate about raising awareness for early detection of the disease.
Shortly afterwards, Nick was diagnosed with stage three bowel cancer. Pleasingly, Nick is now in remission and has become a huge advocate for raising awareness for the prevention and early detection of bowel cancer.
