terms and conditions

1. This lottery is conducted by Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Association (ABN 44 277 695 822), with all proceeds distributed to the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation (ABN 22 313 584 765).
2. Winner to be drawn at 1pm on Friday 13 March 2026 at the head office of the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation, 155-159 Hutt Street, Adelaide and published on the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation Facebook page within 7 days of the draw https://www.facebook.com/jodileefoundation/ 
3. Winner will also be notified in writing within 7 days.
4. In the event that the prize winner cannot claim their prize on the day, they will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
5. A maximum of 6,250 tickets are available for purchase.
6. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 
7. Entry is not open to minors under 18 years of age.
8. Employees of the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation are prohibited from entry, as well as their partners, spouses and children.
9. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of publishing. All prizes values are in Australia dollars. 
10. Prize: 2 passes to every major event at the MTX Club located in Adelaide Oval from 15.03.2026 to 14.03.2027 (does not include tickets for AFL Finals, World Cups & some international sporting events and Adelaide Oval promoted events. Priority and preferred rates will be given to purchase tickets to these events), plus a $1,000 food and beverage voucher to be spent at MTX club located in Adelaide Oval.
11. Total prize valued at $12,500.
12. The Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Association and the Jodi Lee Foundation Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct of consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s.
13. Lottery tickets are only available through the official Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation website (www.jodileefoundation.org.au) and our secure ticketing platform (fundraise.jodileefoundation.org.au). Any other website, link, or social media profile claiming to sell tickets is not authorised and may be fraudulent. The Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation is not responsible for purchases made through unofficial or third‑party sites. Please ensure you only use our official links when purchasing tickets.
14. Winners will not be asked for their financial information or for any additional form of payment to claim their prize.
