Danni & Chris Duncan - Raffle Fundraiser

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The raffle is conducted by Danni and Chris Duncan in support of the Jodi Lee Foundation.

2. Purpose

  • All proceeds raised through the raffle will support Danni and Chris Duncan's fundraising efforts for the Jodi Lee Foundation as part of their participation in the 2026 New York Marathon.

3. Ticket Sales

  • A total of 1,000 raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
  • Tickets will be sold until all tickets are sold or until the raffle closes, whichever occurs first.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.

4.Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

5. Prize

  • The prize/s will be as described on the raffle fundraising page.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.

6.Draw Details

  • The raffle draw will take place on Friday 23 October 2026 at 12:00pm (ACDT).
  • The draw will be conducted using a random draw method from all eligible tickets sold.
  • The first valid ticket drawn will win the major prize.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase within 7 days of the draw.
  • The winner's first name and suburb/state may be published on the fundraising page and/or social media channels associated with the fundraiser.

8. Prize Collection

  • The winner must respond within 30 days of being notified.
  • If a prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
  • The promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the raffle or prize acceptance.

10. Privacy

  1. Personal information collected during ticket sales will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and to contact winners.
  2. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties other than as required to administer the raffle or by law.

11. General

  • By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary, subject to applicable laws.
