Bec Judd

Rebecca "Bec" Judd is one of Australia’s most recognisable media personalities. Originally from Perth and now based in Melbourne, she’s built a career as a TV presenter, entrepreneur, designer, and content creator—while raising four kids.

With nearly 800,000 Instagram followers, Bec has worked with leading brands like MYER, Land Rover, Maybelline, and CROWN, and co-owns activewear label Jaggad and tanning brand Spray Aus. She’s also made her mark in interiors, collaborating with Adairs and Trit House, and sharing her home projects with millions of viewers.

A former Channel Nine presenter and KIIS FM co-host, Bec starred on The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition in 2023 with her sister Kate, raising funds for cancer charity Impatient Advocacy. Most recently, she launched her hit podcast Vain-ish with Jessie Roberts, topping the Apple Podcasts charts within 48 hours.

Author of The Baby Bible and a qualified speech pathologist, Bec’s mix of style, business savvy, and authenticity has cemented her as a leading voice in Australian lifestyle and design.

Jasmin Teurlings

7NEWS Journalist

Jasmin Teurlings is a journalist with 7NEWS and host of Channel 7’s weekly property segment, ‘Selling SA’. Jasmin lost her aunt, Tracey, to bowel cancer in 2014. Tracey was just 37 years old when she was diagnosed with advanced rectal cancer. Like Jodi Lee, Tracey’s story could have been different if her cancer was detected earlier. Since then, Jasmin’s family has been a major sponsor and fundraiser for the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation – raising awareness about early detection.

She has also filed numerous stories, working with the Foundation, putting a spotlight on Australia’s low bowel cancer screening rates. Jasmin is proud to be honouring her aunt’s legacy in her new role as a JLF ambassador.

Meet our panel

Guests will be inspired by a powerful panel discussion featuring Nabula El Mourid, Founder of Supermarket Swap, and leading nutrition scientist Dr Jane Bowen. Together, they’ll dive into the life-changing connection between food, wellbeing, and sustainability.

Supermarket Swap

Nabula El Mourid

Founder - Supermarket Swap
Author of The Weekly Grocery Shop

Overwhelmed by long ingredient lists and countless products, Nabula El Mourid began searching supermarkets for real, additive-free foods. Her mission to share these finds led to the launch of Supermarket Swap in June 2020.

What began as simple swap posts on Instagram quickly grew into a nationwide community of over 360,000 followers. To make additive-free shopping easier, Nabula launched the Supermarket Swap App in 2021 — a top 5 hit in Apple’s Health & Fitness charts.

With over 50,000 users, Supermarket Swap has become one of Australia’s largest additive- and preservative-free communities. Nabula’s first book, The Weekly Grocery Shop, was released in August 2025.
