In honour of our Deb, we will be taking part in the JLF Trek and Trail Run.
Our team is taking part in the JLF Trek & Trail Run in honour of Deb, who passed away from bowel cancer after a 25 month battle.
Deb was known for her strength, determination, and the way she showed up for the people that she loved. She faced bowel cancer with such incredible courage and positivity, and even in her hardest moments she always kept us laughing and smiling.
She became so passionate about moving her body and staying active, and loved spending time outdoors (negative ions.. if you know, you know). This Trek feels like the perfect way to honour her.
We're doing this to celebrate Deb's life, to share her story and to raise awareness about this horrible disease.
