I’m taking part in The JLF Trek to raise awareness for the early detection and prevention of bowel cancer.

In 2024 I will be participating in my 7th trek to raise awareness for the early detection and prevention of Bowel Cancer.

I lost my best friend, Emily, to bowel cancer in 2017. She was just 35 years of age. I trek in Emily's memory and hope my participation continues to help raise awareness about the symptoms of bowel cancer. Knowing and acting on the symptoms is a key part in the early detection of bowel cancer and it could save your life.
