I’m taking part in The JLF Trek to raise awareness for the early detection and prevention of bowel cancer.

As you all know our family is all too familiar with bowel cancer. It is alarming to read the increasingly high statistics of our 30 plus year olds who are diagnosed with this health challenge. I'm participating in The JLF Trek SA and raising money for the prevention and early detection of bowel cancer, the second most common cause of cancer-related death in Australia.

The Jodi Lee Foundation is a national bowel cancer prevention charity, reaching millions of Australians each year with their initiatives designed to help save lives.

My goal is to increase awareness of this disease as early detection is essential.
