Tom and Dahls are back for their 4th trek, and they've got a new friend.

The newest member is Caitlin Fuatanga.

This trio of waterfowl have been friends since around 2010. One of these birds, Dahlia, was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer back in 2018. Thankfully, due to relatively early detection, she is now in remission.

Together, we will walk 72 km over two days on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Pushing our bodies to complete this distance not only allows us to connect with nature, but also challenges us to understand our true physical capabilities and learn to listen to the signals our bodies give us.
