I’m taking part in The JLF Trek to raise awareness for the early detection and prevention of bowel cancer.

Since 2019, I have been part of the Optus Fundraising committee for the Jodi Lee Foundation (Bowel Cancer) JLF trek.

This year, I'm participating in The JLF Trek SA, and raising money for the prevention and early detection of bowel cancer, the second most common cause of cancer-related death in Australia.

My family has directly been affected by Bowel cancer, and the early detection gave us a fighting chance to get through to the other side.

This month we received the confirmation we have been waiting for; 100% cancer-free.

With early detection, this is a cancer that CAN be beaten.

Just remember to trust your gut.  You know your body better than anyone else. Ask the questions push the point, and don’t wait until you turn 50 for your free test kit.
