I’m taking part in The JLF Trek to raise awareness for the early detection and prevention of bowel cancer.

I'm taking part in The JLF Trek to undertake a personal challenge.  This has been on my bucket list for years but I haven't had the courage to sign up.  However 2024 is the year that this is going to happen!
