Running for a Cause
This year I’m running the New York Marathon. But I’m running for something far more important than chasing a PB. I’m running in support of the Jodi Lee Foundation.
The Jodi Lee Foundation is dedicated to the early detection and prevention of bowel cancer, one of the most treatable cancers if caught early, but also one of the deadliest if it’s not. Their work saves lives through education, awareness campaigns, and screening initiatives that empower people to take charge of their health.
Every step I take through the streets of New York will be in honor of those who have fought, are fighting, or have lost their lives to bowel cancer. It’s a reminder that we can all do something, no matter how big or small, to make a difference.
Thank you for the support to BEAT bowel cancer!
